3. PAY BY LINK – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Authorization

By completing payment through the provided secure payment link, the customer confirms that they are the authorized holder of the card or payment method used.

Order Confirmation

Orders paid via payment link are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. An order confirmation message will be sent once payment is received.

Non-Payment

If payment is not completed within the specified time frame mentioned in the link, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Pricing

All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown before payment.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order delivery.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 working days depending on the issuing bank.
  • In case of partial complaints (missing item, quality issue), the restaurant reserves the right to refund the affected item value only.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled without charge before preparation begins.
  • Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Customized or large catering orders may require 24-hour cancellation notice.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any payment disputes or chargebacks without prior communication with the restaurant may result in refusal of future orders. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issue promptly.

Fraud Prevention

The restaurant reserves the right to request identity verification for high-value orders or suspicious transactions.

Liability

The restaurant is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


4. Delivery Policy

We deliver across Dubai. Delivery times may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, and order volume. Estimated delivery time will be communicated upon order confirmation. The restaurant is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.


5. Food Allergy Disclaimer

Our kitchen handles ingredients including nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to inform us before placing an order. Sakbeh Restaurant cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.
