Maftool (Levantine Couscous)

Maftool baladi pearls gently steamed until fluffy, then folded into a warm tomato broth with chickpeas, onions and tender cubes of pumpkin, carrot and potato. Finished with golden crusty chicken for full comforting flavor. Served with fresh radish, onion, pickles and green olives.
